Do you know what the word “testimony” means in Hebrew?

It means “do it again”. When God does something for one person, it reveals his heart on the matter, and he wants to do it again.

Revelation 19:10 says, “The testimony of Yeshua is the spirit of prophecy”. When we speak of what He has done, it is able to affect change again for the present and the future.

“I was born in an Orthodox Christian family. I always thought I knew God and I am a child of God. However, as it turned out I knew nothing about it. A few years ago, I finally opened the Bible. I have started reading His word. It is powerful! I believe from that moment I truly have started seeking myself and answers on such important questions as who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose living this life? We all know Yeshua died on the cross for everyone. However, what does it mean to you??

As much as I was reading the Scripture and getting to know my Heavenly Father, I wanted more and more be filled by His Spirit. Before I did not know a lot about it. I would say even more I was afraid to dig deeply… did not want to be too religious as we get used to think about all of it. I knew about God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit as Three in One. However, what does it mean? Who is the Holy Spirit? Where is He? Finally, why do I call myself a believer?

As Bible explains the Holy Spirit is the One who has been giving to each of us as a helper and a protector in order that everyone can freely walk the special path that was meant uniquely for her/him. I stopped being just a religious believer who goes to church and trying to follow traditions that sometimes do not make any sense. All my desires came to the point to follow only Yeshua HaMashiach. He is the life! Yeshua is not about religion or traditions as many people get used to think. He is love that fulfilled the law! He is not anymore on a cross. He is alive!

I realized it is not about going to church. It is having a relationship with Yeshua every day and being His church. It is reading and knowing His word. It is loving Him with all your heart and love others as He has loved us!!”
